CULLMAN — Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman City Police Department for Monday:

Arrests

DUI-alcohol, driving roadway lane for traffic, expired tag — Penney Lynn Adair, 44, of Cullman arrested on St. Joseph Dr. NW.

Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Corey Lee Tubbs, 23, of Cullman arrested on 5th St. SW.

Failure to appear-driving while license suspended — Lindsey Nichole Downs, 25, of Florence arrested at the Joppa four-way.

Unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Gregory Dewayne Phillips, 41, of Cullman arrested on Highway 278 at 3rd Ave. SW.

Disorderly conduct, theft of property — Lindsey Marie Crawford, 18, of Cullman arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.

Resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, robbery — Theodore Max Whitehead Jr., 62, of Cullman arrested on Denson Ave. SW.

Forgery (8 counts), criminal possession of a forged instrument (8 counts), receiving stolen property, illegal possession of a credit/debit card, criminal possession of a forged instrument — Annie Leigh Friedrich, 31, of Cullman arrested on Donauer Dr. SW.

Giving false information to law enforcement officer — Tanya Sue Rouse, 27, of Guntersville arrested on Highway 157 at Childhaven Road.

Incidents

DUI-alcohol, driving roadway lane for traffic, expired tag — City of Cullman, St. Joseph Dr. NW, arrest made.

Theft of property — Perfect Choice Taxi, 3rd St. SW, U.S. currency-$303.

Fraudulent use of a credit card — Katherine St. NW, charges to credit card-$474.

Theft of property — K-Mart, 2nd Ave. SW, merchandise-$55, arrest made.

Disorderly conduct — City of Cullman, 2nd Ave. SW, arrest made.

Robbery — Denson Ave. SW, Straight Talk cell phone-$50, arrest made.

Resisting arrest, disorderly conduct — City of Cullman, Denson Ave. SW, arrest made.

Duty upon striking an unattended vehicle — Sportsman Lake Road, 2004 Chevrolet Trail Blazer-$500.

Theft of property, unlawful possession of a forged instrument, illegal use/possession of a debit/credit card, receiving stolen property — Donauer Dr. SW, Mastercard debit, Traditions Bank check, leather wallet-$11, arrest made.

Duty upon striking an unattended vehicle — 2nd Ave. SW, 2007 Kia Sedona-$400.

Giving false information to law enforcement — City of Cullman, Childhaven Road NE, arrest made.

Attempt to elude law enforcement, probable cause — Frank Filippone, 34, arrested on Highway 69 N.

Criminal trespassing — Charles Dill, 32, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear/pay/comply — Bobby Leak, 34, arrested at the Joppa four-way.

Probation revoked — Michael Adams, 39, arrested at the Joppa four-way.

Probation revoked — Trey Guthery, 19, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Aggravated assault (domestic) — Jason Brauner, 42, arrested on County Road County Road 1379.

Failure to appear/pay/comply — Kristina Langley, 22, arrested on County Road 109 in Cullman.

Failure to appear/pay/comply — Marissa Thomas, 22, arrested on County Road 1193.

Failure to appear/pay/comply — Lauryne Brooks, 20, arrested on County Road 1193.

Grand jury indictment-using false identification (obstructing justice), failure to appear/pay/comply — Tanya Rouse, 27.

Theft of property — Highway 31 S.

Theft of property — County Road 1114.

Burglary — County Road 1447.

Domestic violence — County Road 1379.

Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — County Road 1583.
