Arrests
Harassing communications — Charlotte Kay Higgins, 50, of Double Springs arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Unlawful possession of marijuana — Brian Richard Tortorici, 41, of Leighton arrested on Highway 31 at Arnold St.
Resisting arrest, attempt to elude, DUI — David Alan Slama, 46, of Carbondale, Ill., arrested on Highway 278 at Lincoln Ave. SW.
DUI — Richard Maurice Hudson Jr., 40, of Cullman arrested on Highway 31 at Pear St. NW.
Public intoxication — Anselmo Lopez Hernandez, 33, of Cullman arrested on Ave. E SE.
Incidents
Burglary — Werner’s Trading Company, 4th St. SW, Costa sunglasses, Luminox watch, Leatherman tool, flashlight taken, windows and case damaged-$3,220.
Theft of property — AK Rentals, 8th Ave. SE, yellow single axle utility trailer-$700.
Unlawful possession of marijuana — City of Cullman, 2nd Ave. NW, marijuana-$10, arrest made.
Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — Olive St. SW, diaper bag/purse with contents-$100.
Robbery — 4th St. SW, wallet w/contents-$11.
Domestic disturbance — City of Cullman, Goehler Road SE.
Attempt to elude, resisting arrest, DUI — City of Cullman, Highway 31 at Lincoln Ave., arrest made.
DUI — City of Cullman, Highway 31 at Pear St. NW, arrest made.
Theft of property — 2nd St. SW, medication-$1.
Public intoxication — City of Cullman, Highway 278 at Highway 157, arrest made.
Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — 5th St. SW, hydrocodone, wallet-$100.

Arrests
Traffic offense, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Kenneth Lindsey, 33, arrested on County Road 715 at Highway 31.
Harassing communications — Natasha Price, 35, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Fraud — Jimmy Panter, 53, arrested on County Road 1490.
Failure to appear/pay/comply — James Monroe, 30, arrested on County Road 1157.
Incidents
Domestic violence — Highway 31.
Domestic violence — County Road 747.
Domestic violence — County Road 1776.
