Arrests
Failure to appear-public intoxication — David Ray Atchley, 48, of Blountsville arrested on Highway 31 N at the county line.
unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal trespassing — Charles Drew Wildman, 19, of Cullman arrested on Logan St. SW.
Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance (2 counts) — Kenneth Richard Pace, 43, of Cullman arrested on County Road 1413.
Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Daniel Jacob Hays, 36, of Cullman arrested on County Road 1413.
Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — William Jason Hays, 32, of Crane Hill arrested on County Road 1413.
Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Ellis Glenn Purdy, 51, of Hanceville arrested on County Road 1413.
Incidents
Theft of property — Longbrook Dr. NE, assorted jewelry-$8,150.
Leaving the scene of an accident — 5th St. SW at Main Ave., 2011 white BMW.
Criminal mischief — Veterans Dr. SW, 2 Firestone tires damaged-$200.
Criminal trespassing, unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — City of Cullman, Logan St. SW-$15, arrest made.

Arrests
Unlawful possession of a controlled substance (2 counts) — Katlin Tolley arrested on Highway 69 at County Road 180.
Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument (3 counts) — Susan Thomas arrested on Beech Ave. SW.
Failure to appear/pay/comply — Lori Holder arrested on County Road 1212.
Failure to appear/pay/comply — David Atchley arrested on Highway 31 at Stuckey’s.
Failure to appear/pay/comply — Rockie Pigg arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Non-support of a child — Rodney Sherrell arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance-meth (2 counts), unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Kenneth Pace arrested on County Road 1413.
Domestic incident — Chad Owens arrested on Highway 91.
Unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance-meth, unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Daniel Hays arrested on County Road 1413.
Incidents

Burglary — Super Saver Road.
