A Cullman man was arrested after failing to appear and comply following eight drug-related charges from 2011-2012.
Gregory Phillips, 41, of Cullman, was arrested Tuesday morning around 11 a.m. at the Cullman County Detention Center after failing to appear in court on his previous eight drug-related charges including: six counts of unlawful distribution of a controlled substance, one count of trafficking, and one count of attempting to commit a controlled substance crime.
Major Scott Clay with the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office said Phillips was released from the CCDC and signed his three $1000 bonds.
Clay said Phillips is scheduled back in court to receive sentencing for the charges, but the court date is currently unavailable.
