• Failure to appear-unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Aaron L. George, 35, of Birmingham arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Public intoxication — Caleb C. Cofield, 29, of Cullman arrested on 2nd Ave. NW.

• Unlawful receiving/possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Shannon J. Brown, 44, of Logan arrested on Patriot’s Way.

• Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal possession of prescription drugs — Tyler A. Pannell, 19, of Cullman arrested on Edgewood St.

• Public intoxication — Lisa M. Tucker, 34, of Cullman arrested on 2nd Ave. NW.
