CULLMAN — Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman City Police Department for Monday:

Arrests

Attempt to commit a controlled substance crime — Penny Lynn Spicer, 34, of Arley arrested on 2nd Ave. SW at Compass Way.

Failure to appear-disorderly conduct — Shayla Cheyenne Williams, 18, of Bremen arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failures to appear-DUI, improper lane usage, driving without a license, insurance violation — Kimo Alaika Simmons, 36, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Jennifer Ashton Huggins, 26, of Warrenton, Va., arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failures to appear-resisting arrest, theft of property, switched tag, obedience to police and firemen — Kenny Lynn McCormick, 20, of Hanceville arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failures to appear-parking prohibited, DUI, driving while license suspended (2 counts), insurance violation — Stacy Jean Hyde, 38, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Domestic violence — Tammy Rene Goodwin Beno, 50, of Cullman arrested on Brunner St. NW.

Incidents

Attempt to commit a controlled substance crime — State of Alabama, 2nd Ave. SW, pill bottles, paperwork, medication, prescription pad, prescription-$484, arrest made.

Criminal mischief — Brown & Co. Beverages, Highway 157, asphalt-$500.

Theft of property — Donauer Dr. SW, prescription medication-$2.

Domestic violence — Ann St. SW, arrest made.

Arrests

Probation violation — Zachery Neely, 32.

Public intoxication — Kellie Hill, 50, arrested on Shaddix.

Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument (2 counts) — Kerry Obrien, 48, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Committing a controlled substance crime — Jennifer Huggins, 26, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Disorderly conduct-disturbing the peace — Daniel Snell, 28, arrested at Walker Brothers.

Failure to appear/pay/comply (2 counts) — Kristie Overton, 40, arrested on Beech Ave. SE.

Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument — Jamie Curvin, 34, arrested on Beech Ave. SE.

Failure to appear/pay/comply — Brenda Nunn, 45, arrested on Highway 278 E.

Failure to appear/pay/comply — Stephanie Vincent, 36, arrested on Beech Ave. SE.

Failed to register as a sex offender (2 counts), failure to appear/pay/comply — William Robertson, 25, arrested on Beech Ave. SE.

Incidents

Burglary — County Road 627.

Criminal mischief — County Road 574.

Harassment — County Road 1544.

Theft of property — County Road 46.

Burglary — County Road 1338.
