Arrests, incidents reports for Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2012

CULLMAN — Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman Police Department for Wednesday:

Arrests

Criminal trespassing — Jeremy Ashton Haynes, 24, of Hanceville arrested on Olive St. SW.

DUI — Mundi McLeroy McCormick, 43, of Cullman arrested on Highway 31 N at Highway 157.

Assault — Emmett Leroy Davis, 53, of Arab arrested at the Arab Police Department.

Incidents

Recovery of stolen property — Highway 157, 2005 Harley Davidson motorcycle.

Theft of property — Crestview Dr. SW, generator-$319.

Theft of property — C&R Guns and Pawn, 4th St. SW, Busnell rifle scope 3x9x40-$100.

Harassment — Market Platz Center SW.

Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle, theft of property — 4th St. SW, Mossberg shotgun 835 stolen, vehicle damaged-$850.

Criminal trespassing — City of Cullman, Olive St. SW, arrest made.

DUI — City of Cullman, Highway 31 N at Highway 157, arrest made.

Criminal mischief — Highway 157, Riken Raptor R16, tire damaged-$70.



Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office for Wednesday:

Arrests

Failure to appear/pay/comply — Christopher Hopper arrested at the Cullman County Courthouse.

Failure to appear/pay/comply — William Smith arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Abandonment of child — Richard Armstrong arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument — David Underwood arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument (2 counts) — Johnny Smith arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear/pay/comply — Leslie Small arrested on Beech Ave. SW.

Failure to appear/pay/comply (6 counts) — Darrin Lindsey arrested on County Road 1490.

Domestic incident — Nicholas Batemon arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Criminal trespassing — Jeremy Haynes.

Incidents

Trespassing — County Road 54.

Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — Highway 157.

Criminal mischief — County Road 850.
