Failurea to appear-speeding, driving without a license, driving while license suspended — Jonathan Robert Bishop, 22, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana (2 counts) — Derrick Cortez Jarman, 31, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Unlawful possession of marijuana — Kenith David Rice, 35, of Cullman arrested on Cleveland Ave. NW.
Forfeitures-driving while license revoked (2 counts), insurance violation — Rodney Joe Phillips, 33, of Hanceville arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Domestic violence — Denson Ave. SW.
Criminal mischief — East Elementary School, 4th Ave. SE, window glass-$300.
Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card, theft of property — Belk, North Shopping Center, merchandise-$1,064.
Criminal mischief — David Drive NW, vehicle tires damaged-$200.

Parole violation/revocation — Jeffery Davis, 28, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Interference with custody — Jennifer Mosteter, 41, arresed at the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office.
Controlled substance crime, failure to appear/pay/comply (6 counts) — Ronald McGregor, 57, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Identity theft — Jonathan Burns, 32, arrested on Beech Ave. SE.
Theft — Kenneth Lindsey, 34, arrested on Beech Ave. SE.
Failure to appear/pay/comply — Rodney Phillips, 33, arrested on Highway 69 at County Road 59.
Failure to appear/pay/comply — José Martinez, 36, arrested on County Road 1763.
DUI-alcohol — Maranda Solano, 38, arrested on Highway 157.
Domestic violence — County Road 623.
