Four arrested on meth manufacturing, trafficking charges

CULLMAN — Four people were arrested on methamphetamine manufacturing and trafficking charges in Berlin at 5:50 p.m. on Tuesday night by the Cullman Narcotics Enforcement Team (CNET).

Keith Anthony Willingham, 44, Joseph Daniel Willingham, 22, Shelia Marie Keenum, 31, and Stacy Hyde, 38, all of Cullman were each charged with trafficking illegal drugs- methamphetamine and unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance.

“We received complaints about two months ago and developed enough probable cause for a search warrant,” a CNET officer said (that cannot be named for safety reasons.) “We found 185 grams of liquid methamphetamine, three pot meth labs, and 12 grams of pseudoephedrine.”

The rest of the drug-related material found at the residence located at 4016 US Highway 278 East, were ingredients used to make meth and a small amount of drug paraphernalia, authorities said.

Each suspect is being held at the Cullman Detention Center on a $2 million bond. Both drug charges are class-A felonies.
