Arrests, incidents reports for Thursday, Jan. 17, 2013

CULLMAN — Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman City Police Department for Thursday:

Arrests

Failure to appear-public intoxication — Zola Ann Long, 32, of Jacksonville arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Murder — Emmett Leroy Davis, 53, of Arab arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Theft of property — Kenny Lynn McCormick, 20, of Hanceville arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Incidents

Harassing communications — Alabama Ave. SE.

Theft of property — Denson Ave. SW, prescription medication-$1,000.

Found property — City of Cullman, 4th St. SW, push mower-$100.



Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office for Thursday:

Arrests were not immediately ready; they will be included with future reports.

Incidents

Harassment — County Road 162.

Theft of property — County Road 111.
