3 arrested in Cullman for failure to comply with court orders

CULLMAN — Cullman County Sheriff’s deputies arrested three people after not complying with drug court orders following previous drug arrests.

Curtis Johnson, 31, Tammy Howard, 43, and Sabrina Pugh, 35, all of Cullman, were arrested for violating terms of their plea agreements in relation to their previous drug charges. Major Scott Clay said they were all ordered drug tests and drug classes and were sentenced to time in jail for not completing them.

All three were arrested on Tuesday for contempt of sanction. Johnson was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance in 2011. Howard was charged with unlawful manufacture of a controlled substance in 2012. Pugh was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance in 2012.

Johnson and Howard were sentenced to two days at the Cullman County Detention center, Pugh was also sentenced to the CCDC, but for how long was unavailable.
