The Cullman Police Department is investigating possible child endangerment charges against a local woman after a syringe was found inside a shampoo bottle at her home.
Reports indicate the woman’s juvenile child called 911 after finding the syringe.
According to Craig Green, assistant chief of police, DHR was called, and the child has since been removed from the home.
