Theft of property — Cory Mitchell Brown, 30, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Forfeiture-theft of property — Dameon Ottis Smith, 23, of Hanceville arrested on Highway 31 S.
Forfeiture-insurance violation — Donna Kay Couch, 50, of Logan arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Colby Alexander Clark, 20, of Cullman arrested on Ridge St. at Demoire Ave. NW.
Unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Cory Addison Clark, 20, of Cullman arrested on Ridge St. at Demoire Ave. NW.

Unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — City of Cullman, Ridge St. at Demoire Ave. NW-$280, arrest made.
Theft of property — City of Cullman, Lakehill St. NW, 3 street signs-$500.

Arrests
Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument (2 counts) — Elizabeth Gail Burgess, 33, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Luciano Caro, 22, arrested in Hanceville.
Failure to appear-unauthorized use of a motor vehicle — Warren Dewayne Fanning, 25, arrested in Vinemont.
Failures to appear-driving while license suspended, operating a vehicle without insurance, expired license, tag required, open container — David Gene Golden, 37, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Harassment — Jeffery Derek Johnson, 23, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Home repair fraud — Kevin Edward Riggs, 25, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Failure to appear-assault — John Mathew Tworkowsky, 41, arrested in Cullman.
