CULLMAN — Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman City Police Department for Thursday:

Arrests

• Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Justin Mark Edens, 33, of Vinemont arrested on 3rd Ave. NE.

• Unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Joshua Silas London, 21, of Cullman arrested on Highway 31 at Highway 278 W.

• Public intoxication — Rigoberto Perez Sanchez, 39, of Cullman arrested on St. Joseph St. NW.

• Public intoxication, criminal trespassing — Daniel Wayne Smith, 32, of Cullman arrested on 5th Ave. NE.

• Domestic violence — Tara Nicole Metcalf, 23, of Cullman arrested on Main Ave. NE.

• Theft of property — Summer Paige Williams, 19, of Bremen arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Failures to appear-public intoxication, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Sandra Kay Goodwin, 47, of Holly Pond arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Assault — Penny Lynn Spicer, 34, of Vinemont arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Failure to appear-driving without a license — Christopher Renia Jackson, 47, of Hanceville arrested on Highway 31 S at the city limits.

• Forfeitures-driving without a license, expired tag — Zachary Charles Hayes, 29, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Incidents

• Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — 2nd Ave. NW, prescription medication, Garmin Astro GPS, Garmin 220 Tracking GPS, Garmin DC40 GPS collar, ICON marine handheld radio, maroon bag/contents-$5,440.

• Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — Cullman County Water, 2nd Ave. SW, orange Dewalt sawzall, orange Dewalt drill, Husqvarna saw, socket set-$1,290.

• Disorderly conduct, resisting arrest — City of Cullman, Highway 157, arrest made.

• Burglary — Woodland St. NW, recovered prescription medication-$10.

• Unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — City of Cullman, Highway 31 N-$1, arrest made.

• Public intoxication — City of Cullman, St. Joseph St. NW, arrest made.

• Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — Highway 157, various yellow Dewalt tools-$520.

• Criminal trespassing, public intoxication — City of Cullman, 8th Ave. NE at 8th Ct., arrest made.

• Domestic violence — Main Ave. NE, arrest made.

• Theft by deception — Walmart, Olive St. SW, checks.

• Theft of property — Just GM Auto, 3rd St. SW, Dell laptop computer-$400.

• Burglary — 5th Ave. NE, orange heavy duty extension cords-$400.

• Harassing communications — Ward Ave. SW.

Arrests

• Failure to appear/pay/comply — Sandra Goodwin, 47, arrested on County Road 1695.

• Probation violation (3 counts) — Brandon George, 22, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Harassment-simple assault — Scotty Glassco, 39, arrested on County Road 700.

• Contempt of court — Ralf Buchanan, 54, arrested on Acklen Dr. SW.

• Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument (6 counts) — Kim McBrayer, 42, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Probation violation — Joseph Willingham, 22, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Failure to appear/pay/comply — Jimmy Thomason, 34, arrested on County Road 1214.
