Forfeiture-theft of property — Dustin William Hall, 27, of Center arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Jason Mark Howard, 33, of Cullman arrested on Main Ave. SW.
Forgery, criminal possession of a forged instrument — Heather Elaine Seay, 28, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Incidents
Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — City of Cullman, Main Ave. SW, meth pipe, digital scales, gift cards, checks, jewelry-$929, arrest made.
Theft of property, criminal mischief — 7th St. SE, gasoline, damaged tire-$55.
Leaving the scene of an accident — 3rd St. SE, damage to front porch and flower bed-$800.

Arrests
Probation violation — John Bentley arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Receiving/sale stolen property — Brandon Swack arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.
Probation violation — David Mayhall arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Public intoxication — Garlon Williams arrested at the Cullman County Courthouse.
Failure to appear/pay/comply, bail jumping — Brian Olsowy arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
DUI-alcohol — Gregory Laney.
Possession of amphetamine — Dennis Miller arrested at the intersection of highways 31 and 91.
Failure to appear/pay/comply — Justin Bennett arrested on Beach Ave. SE.
Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Tiffany Tanner arrested at the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office.
Incidents
Harassment — Highway 91.
Identity theft — County Road 398.
Theft of property — County Road 310.
Burglary — County Road 590.
Identity theft — County Road 1650.
Theft of property — County Road 1763.
Theft of property — County Road 825.
Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — Olive St.
