Funeral services for Syble Ann Powell, 72, of Arab will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 22, 2008, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home Chapel, Buddy Jackson officiating, with interment in Cullman Heritage Cemetery.

Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Powell died Wednesday, Nov. 19, at Cullman Long Term Care. She was born Sept. 13, 1936, in Cullman to J.W. and Idella Morrison Oden. She was a waitress.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Curtis Oden and Marvin Oden; and a sister, Mae Lankford.

Survivors include two daughters, Mary (Bennie) Murphree and Sandi (Tom) Teague; a son, Randy (Jenny) Powell; five grandchildren, Christi (Greg) Fulmer, Daniel Teague, Sevie Teague, Dustin Powell and Dakota Powell; and a great-grandson, Grant Fulenwider.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
