Delores ‘Dee’ Easterwood

Funeral services for Delores “Dee” Easterwood, 68, of Cullman will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 12, 2008, at Moss-Service Funeral Home Chapel, the Rev. Jimmy Baker officiating.

Moss-Service Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Easterwood died Wednesday, Oct. 8, at Huntsville Hospital. She was born on Feb. 5, 1940, to Lewis and Ethel LaClear Dexter. She was a retired dispatcher with the Cullman Police Department.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Michael Anthony Easterwood; a daughter, Julie Easterwood Cupp; a sister; and four brothers.

Survivors include a son, John Anthony “Tony” (Meredith) Easterwood of Madison; a brother, Robert (Sharon) Dexter of Lansing, Mich.; two sisters, Judy (Art) Hayward and Helen Vega, both of Lansing, Mich.; and two grandchildren, Terry Dewayne Cupp Jr. and Austin Nathaniel Cupp, both of Cullman.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
