Nellie Beatrice Bolte

Funeral services for Nellie Beatrice Bolte, 87, of Hanceville will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 8, 2008, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home Chapel, Pastor Ruland officiating, with burial in Cullman Memory Gardens.

Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Bolte died Sunday, Oct. 5, at Hanceville Nursing Home. She was born June 13, 1921, in Hanceville to Ira W. and Drucilla Connell Whaley. She was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Herman Bolte Sr.

Survivors include two sons, Andy (Ann) Bolte of Cullman and Herman (Jone) Bolte Jr. of Purvis, Miss.; a brother, Maurice Whaley of Birmingham; a grandson, Shannon (Amy) Bolte of Logan; a granddaughter, Kimberly (Jon) Montgomery; a great-granddaughter, Auburn Story; great-grandson, Zane Montgomery, all of Cullman; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
