Funeral services for Robert Scott Lyon, 50, of Cullman will be Tuesday, July 22, 2008 at 1 p.m. at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at Cullman City Cemetery.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Lyon died Friday, July 18, 2008 in Evergreen, Ala. He was born Sept. 3, 1957 in Pulaski County, Ark. to William A. “Bert” Lyon and Darlene Phillips Miller.
He was preceded in death by his father.
He was employed as a foreman at Topre and served in the U.S. Marines.
Survivors include his mother and stepfather Dewitt Miller, Sr. of Cullman; uncle Mike (Sara) Phillips of Cullman; aunt Kheva (Bob) Johnson of Checotah, Okla.; 3 cousins and many good and dear friends.
Visitation will be Monday, July 21, 2008 from 6 p.m.- 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
