Arthur ‘Rudy’ Bircheat
Funeral services for Arthur “Rudy” Bircheat, 73, of Fayette will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, July 20, 2008, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home Chapel, the Rev. Don Froelich Sr. officiating, with interment in Hopewell Cemetery in Hanceville.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Bircheat died Friday, July 18, at Woodland Village. He was born on Jan. 12, 1935, to Arthur Larkin and Vera Bircheat. He was a police officer in Mt. Brook.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include a daughter, Karen Morgan of Crane Hill; four sons, Randy (Claudia) Bircheat of Woodstock, Ala., Steve Bircheat, Mark Bircheat and Dennis (Denise) Bircheat; two brothers, Gary Bircheat and Larry Bircheat; four sisters, Florene Poe, Mary Bircheat, Gene Key and Pat Ashcraft; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Visitation was Saturday.
