Ovie Troy Quick

Funeral services for Ovie Troy Quick, 80, of Cullman will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 17, 2008, at Cullman Funeral Home Chapel, the Rev. David McDonald officiating, with interment in Bethsadia Baptist Cemetery.

Cullman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Quick passed away Wednesday, May 14, at Cullman Health Care. He was born Dec. 22, 1927, to Cleve and Ella Downing Quick. He worked at Lanson Industries for over 25 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and his wife, Martha Nell Quick.

Survivors include a son, Randall (Jennifer) Quick; two daughters, Deborah (Bruce) Holder and Melissa (Marshall) McDonald; a sister, Mazelle Smith; six grandchildren, Shelly (David) White, Daniel (Miranda) Holder, Brent, Summer and Kayla McDonald, and Trey Quick; three great-grandchildren, Maddie and Dalton White and Brooke Holder; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Visitation will be from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
