Funeral services for David Loring True, 77, of Bremen will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, May 10, 2008, at Cullman Funeral Home Chapel, Bro. Steven Philpott and the Rev. Andy Coffey officiating, with interment in Cullman Memory Gardens mausoleum.
Cullman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. True passed away Wednesday, May 7, at Cullman Regional Medical Center. He was born Jan. 17, 1931, in Connecticut to Harold and Dorothy Sturdivant True. He served his country in the U.S. Air Force and was a veteran of the Korean War. He was a retired firefighter from Middletown, Conn. His hobbies were model trains and RV camping.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Margaret True; a brother, Paul True; and a sister, Virginia True Masterson.
Survivors include his wife, Dawn True; three sons, Dale (Barbara) True, Brian E. True, David R. (Hilary) True; a daughter, Linda Coscina; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
