— Ronnie and Elaine Clay of Logan announce the engagement of their daughter, Kimberly Nicole Clay, to Adam Lamar Walker, son of Joe and Charlotte Walker of Center Hill.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Reaford and Wanda James of Cullman and Carol Clay of Logan and the late Billy Clay.
Ms. Clay is a 2003 graduate of Good Hope High School. She received a degree in radiology from Gadsden State Community College. She is currently employed as a radiologic technologist with the University of Alabama Medical Center in Birmingham.
The prospective groom is the grandson of Martha Washington of Hanceville and the late Moye Washington, and the late Max and Ruth Walker of Center Hill.
Mr. Walker is a 2001 graduate of Holly Pond High School. He is presently employed with the Cullman City Police Department and Wal-Mart Distribution in Cullman.
The wedding is planned for 5 p.m. Dec. 8, 2007, at Seventh Street Baptist Church.
