A Cullman County resident received academic honors during the fall semester at Martin Methodist College in Pulaski, Tenn.
Darcie Wilson of Cullman was named to the dean’s list with a semester grade point average between 3.5 and 3.9.
Martin Methodist College, founded in 1870, is a private, liberal arts college affiliated with the United Methodist Church with a student enrollment of 1,170 students. Martin Methodist offers baccalaureate degrees in 37 programs of study, including recently added majors in nursing, criminal justice, entrepreneurship, dramatic arts and music, chemistry and media studies and culture. Along with traditional day classes, the college’s Flex Approach offers class options two nights a week, on-line and now on weekends. Martin Methodist College’s first-ever graduate program – a master of business administration degree – begins in May of this year.
