Bistro boxes are offered on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, pre-plated entrée salads are offered on Tuesday and Thursday along with choice of milk and fruit.
Entrée salads and wrap entrées vary daily and may be supplemented with other fruits, vegetables or desserts offered on the serving line as part of the meal.
• Monday: Chicken Parmesan or beef nuggets; Parmesan Tuscan salad, mashed potatoes, lima beans, Parker House roll
• Tuesday: Hotdog/onions/pickle relish or chicken quesadilla/salsa; baked beans, glazed sweet potatoes
• Wednesday: Tilapia filet or homestyle meatloaf; Southern greens, sunshine carrots, oven-baked potatoes, hush puppies
• Thursday: Honey mustard chicken or Salisbury steak/gravy; baked sweet potato, green beans, rice, cake and strawberries
• Friday: Cheese or pepperoni pizza or turkey or chicken salad; Romaine salad, oven-baked fries
