Health Sources’ Food For Life group will offer a class from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 26, at the Cullman County Museum, 211 2nd Ave. NE, Cullman 35055. The class, “Defeating Diabetes II with a Plant-Based Diet,” is free of charge. Just call to reserve your spot, as class size is limited: Charles Maples at 256-412-4896. A cooking demonstration with tasting will be on the schedule.
