Back to school bash

CULLMAN — The Cathedral of Praise will host a back-to-school bash from 3 to 6 p.m. Aug. 11, at West Point High School, 4314 County Road 1141, Cullman 35057. Area students who are in need of school supplies for the upcoming school year (2012-13) will receive a free backpack with supplies. City vs. County blood drive
LifeSouth Community Blood Centers and the American Red Cross will hold a blood drive contest between the City of Cullman and Cullman County from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Friday, June 14. Scoring System
The overall score determines the reinspection schedule and the use of enforcement actions:
Scoring between 85 and 100: Establishments are considered to be in satisfactory compliance and are inspected on routine schedule.
Scoring between 70 and 84: Establishments require a follow-up inspection within 60 days.
Scoring 60-69: Establishments require follow-up and reinspection within 48 hours.
Scoring below 60: Establishments are closed immediately. Scores may be accessed at www.adph.org.
