CRMC Foundation’s 13th Bownes Memorial For Kids’ Sake Variety Show

CULLMAN —

The Cullman Regional Medical Center Foundation proudly announces the 13th Bownes Memorial For Kids’ Sake Variety Show at 2 p.m. on Saturday, February 16 in the Wallace State Community College Betty Leeth Haynes Student Center.

“We hope the community will join us for this treasured Cullman tradition that celebrates the talented young performers from our area,” Director of the CRMC Foundation Maria Stanford said.

More than 50 local youth will showcase their unique talents in an entertaining program of music enthusiasts, and all proceeds will benefit nursery and pediatric care at CRMC. This popular event has raised more than $100,000 for the care of local infant and pediatric patients since its inception in 1993.

Program direction and event support for the 2013 Variety Show is provided by a variety of individuals, the community and members of the CRMC Service Guild, a local organization of volunteers who assist CRMC and its Foundation in fundraising for our community hospital. Additionally, pediatric and nursery department employees will greet guests and performers on this special night.

The doors open at 1:30 p.m., and entertainment begins at 2 p.m. This year’s emcees are Shirley Quattlebaum, Event Chair and Rachel Persall, Ms. Cullman County Fair.

Admission to the For Kids’ Sake Variety Show is $5 in advance and $10 at the door. Purchase tickets in advance from any performer or from the CRMC Foundation Office, located on the first floor of CRMC Professional Office Building I near Subway or online at www.crmchospital.com/foundation/FKS.
