HANCEVILLE —
HOPE (Horses Offering People Encoruagement) therapeutic riding program will have a volunteer work day from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday, Oct. 27, in the area on Convent Road NE past the monastery.
There are several jobs to get done including installing electric fence chargers, installing the remainder of electric wire to separate large area into smaller paddocks, mowing/weedeating, and possibly even constructing a run-in shed. If time permits and enough volunteers are available, cleaning and sorting donated tack will be on the agenda.
Kerri Roberts, executive director, said, “Any and all help will be appreciated as we move closer to our goal of serving clients.”
