Community Action Partnership
In its recent Board of Directors meeting the 18-member Board of Directors chose Jenny Clark as a private sector representative to serve Cullman County. The Board consists of members from Lawrence, Morgan and Cullman Counties. Each county is represented by elected officials, private sector citizens and democratically elected citizens of targeted communities of need.
Jenny Clark is the Store Manager of the Cullman downtown Wells Fargo branch and is active in the community in several areas.
Board Chair Carolyn Orr, representing the Executive Committee recommended Ms. Clark to serve as one of two Cullman County Private Sector representatives. The Board voted unanimously to seat Ms. Clark to the Board effectively immediately. Other members from Cullman County are Mike Bates (American Red Cross), Pat Gilbert (Baileyton) and Lorri Lee (Hanceville area). Two Cullman County positions (Appointee of Commission and Mayor’s Association representative) are open and should be filled soon.
