Dan J. Willingham, vice chairman of the Board of Directors of Premier Bank of the South in Cullman announced that Ann Mullins has been elected to serve on the Board of Directors. Mullins is vice president and regional director for the Cullman and Winston counties market of the Better Business Bureau of North Alabama. She is a past Board member of the Cullman Area Chamber of Commerce, and a member of Kiwanis of Cullman. Mr. Willingham stated “we are delighted that Mrs. Mullins will be bringing her considerable insight and spirit of community activism to the Board.”
