Eltiste's business, One Sister Two Sister, which she co-owns with her sister, purchased these boots from Special Olympics. "We have an arrangement with the local chapter in Ponder, Texas," she said. "They collect old boots, either from members or estate sales or garage sales, then we pay them up to $25 per pair for any usable boots. It's been a win-win situation for One Sister Two Sister and Special Olympics. Their recent $10 purchase at an estate sale netted them a check of $165 from us."
