Pet of the week Bowtie

Bowtie is a 7 mo. old male Pit Bull Terrier mix. He was rescued by the Cullman Animal Control from a cruel owner in September. When the officer found him, he only weighed 24 lbs. and had a collar embedded in his neck. The officer immediately took him to a local vet for treatment. Bowtie has made an amazing recovery! His neck has healed and he now weighs 41 lbs. Bowtie is now ready to be adopted into a kind and caring family. In spite of his past treatment, he remains an extremely affectionate and playful boy. If you would like to meet Bowtie, he is currently residing at the Shelter.
