BENJAMIN BULLARD/The Cullman Times Members of Colony’s new town council take their oaths of office from Cullman County sheriff Mike Rainey at the start of their first council meeting Monday. The meeting represented the first step toward restoring order in a town that had briefly languished without a quorum of elected leaders sitting on its governing body. Pictured, from left, are Rainey, council members Crystal Wilson, Alex Twitty, Marcus Bradford and Parish Fitts.
