SWCD Agriplex donations

CULLMAN — The non-profit Alabama’s Mountains, Rivers and Valleys Resource Conservation and Development Council presented a check to Agriplex Chairman Tom Williamson for assistance to establish and connect the sewage system at the Agriplex facility. Chairman Bill Latimer thanked the Agriplex Board for their efforts, the Cullman SWCD for being such strong partners and Representative Mac Buttram for his efforts to help secure funding for this effort and for his support of the Agriplex. Also, the non-profit Alabama’s Mountains, Rivers and Valleys Resource Conservation and Development Council presented a check to the Cullman County Soil and Water Conservation District for assistance to provide agricultural education books to Cullman County schools. Chairman Bill Latimer thanked the Cullman SWCD for its grassroots support of agricultural and environmental education in Cullman and Senator Paul Bussman for his efforts to help secure funding for this effort and for his support of the Agriculture in Cullman County.
